TOS
As the Artist, I am allowed to:
• Depending on the complexity of the piece, character(s), and/or weapons/accessories add a $5 additional charge to the price.
• Add your piece/project into my portfolio, and promote my services with your commission. (When this happens can be discussed if the commissions is for an announcement of some kind, and cannot be shown before a certain date.) I will provide proper credit to you (the commissioner) for your characters/project.
• Publish artbooks featuring your commission.You, the Commissioner, are allowed to:
• Use the artwork in any way you want, as long its for personal use only.
• Repost the artwork on other websites as long you give me proper credit for the artwork.
• Claim the right of the character but not the actual artwork. (Unless the character design was created by me then please credit me for that as well)You, the Commissioner, are NOT allowed to:
• Reproduce/using the artwork commercially (but this can be negotiated).
• Use the commissioned artwork for AI-generated purposes.
• Remove my watermark/signature.
• Edit/change the artwork without my permission.General Process for Payment:
Payment will only be via a Paypal Invoice.
An invoice, for the full price of the commission, will be sent after a clean sketch is agreed upon.
After finalizing and agreeing on the sketch if you request more than three minor changes to the piece you will be charged an additional $5 (per change).
